Direct the development and implementation of Project Advantage, NTT DATA's project management methodology. Recently worked on the successful implementation of the State of Arkansas' MMIS Modular System Replacement project, consisting of standing up their Core, DSS and Pharmacy systems. Currently managing the Arkansas CCWIS implementation project, which is in the planning phase.Experience in MITA State Self-Assessments, leading system procurement activities, and assisting with procurement activities for various states.Worked for Oregon’s Department of Human Services (DHS) managing implementation of OR-Kids, a large IT State Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS) project to replace a legacy child welfare system with a new and more robust web-based system. Responsible for project budget > $60 million and total staff including contractors > 100. OR-Kids was successfully implemented in August, 2011.Additional roles in Oregon included Executive Manager overseeing the project portfolio of information technology projects (between 8 - 12 projects being conducted at any point in time with budgets totalling over $100 million), and Deputy Project Manager for Oregon's MMIS System Replacement Project, project budget > $80 million.Collaborated with others to develop a methodology for formal Business Transition (a combination of cultural change management and business process engineering).
