Utilized church automated software to input and process weekly contributions from 600 plus current and new members. Printed, processed and arranged mailing of end of year contribution statements for 900 plus members and visitors. Inventoried, ordered and restocked office supplies for pastoral staff and volunteer department heads. Greeted, briefed and prepared forms and documents for incoming weekly appointments of 5 or more people. Answered the telephone and directed calls to the appropriate party.
