Debra N. Marshall is the Founder and President of the Yvonne McCalla Foundation Incorporated (YMF Inc.); a non-profit breast cancer awareness organization. Debra established YMF Inc. to educate the minority community on the importance of participating in breast cancer research studies and to address the socioeconomic and biological factors that contribute to the higher breast cancer mortality rates for minority women. Through its scholarship initiatives, YMF Inc. provides financial assistance to minority women who are pursuing higher education in the field of nursing. Debra successfully created the YMF Inc. Brand and continue to build relationships/collaboration with hospitals, non-profit organizations, schools of nursing, and the community at large to help promote awareness to breast cancer.

Training and Development of all Department of Children and Family (DCF) Staff Members.

Debra was employed with the State of New Jersey Professional Development Center delivering competency based training programs for employees of the Department of Children and Families (DCF). Debra was the project manager responsible for coordinating and deliver statewide training for prospective foster parents. In addition, for over ten years, Debra has assisted in enhancing employee competency, skill and retention.
