Performing all or some of the following duties in the above roles with varying levels of responsibility:• Processing, reviewing and reconciling daily transactions and accounting entries.• Preparing and reviewing various general ledger accounts including fee income, direct fee costs, cash, accruals, intercompany transactions, fixed assets and loan accounts.• Preparing and reviewing management reports, financial statements and various accounting schedules.• Managing accounts payable and receivable function.• Preparing daily cash flow schedule.• Preparing and processing payroll for multiple entities.• Reviewing and preparing management reports, financial statements and various accounting schedules.• Data entry and database management, maintaining meticulous records.• Producing various reports, presentations, analyses, correspondence and other documentation.• Performing as a strong leader of a cohesive team with enforcement of statutory regulations, quality standards, governance processes and taxation compliance requirements.• Managing, coaching, training, motivating and mentoring personnel, setting clear goals and expectations, providing relevant feedback as required.• Establishing, implementing and overseeing effective procedures, policies, processes and controls.• Overseeing daily operations with meticulous attention to detail.• Delivering a high standard of administrative, marketing and financial support.• Customer service and liaison, building strong working relationships and effective communication channels with senior management and key stakeholders.• Resolving complaints and enquiries.
