Responsibilities included reviewing contracts of sale, follow up on contract contingencies, contacting mortgage companies, title insurance companies, utility & township management companies for any and all details necessary to aid with the closing. Followed up with closing documents by writing letters to municipaliites, water and tax agencies, making final payoffs and reconciling the trust account.
