As the Sales and Service manager I am responsible for opening/closing the store, deposits, running the sales floor and managing the associates. I keep up the SPH reports and daily touch base with designers and sales associates to go over and improve their progress. I am also responsible for staying in contact and maintaining relationships with Trade members and alerting them to upcoming sales, processing their orders, etc. I maintain the highest success in opening Credit Cards for the entire company as well as in President's club 3 years running.

I am in charge of our swatches, SPH and daily touch base with associates and designers to go over and set goals. I personally go out on in homes what our designers are not available however my first place is in the store. I also am responsible to maintain and interact with our Trade members, keeping them informed and handling their orders/installations, etc. I have been recognized as the top performer in the entire company for opening credit cards and have maintained President's Club every year.
