Support technicians and store associates during the installation of Windows 7 PCs.

Support and assist Wal-Mart Stores in their day to day operations by remotely troubleshooting issues with their point of sale equiptment and their handhelds, computers, thin clients, and printers. Create and update tickets using Wal-Mart's Remedy system. Create and update incident tickets for the issues reported, dispatch and support field technicians and resolve issues.

Supported Wal-Mart Point of sale systems and participated in three roll-out projects to install new equipment into Wal-Mart Stores across the country. The first was the upgrade of hand scanners, debit readers, touchscreens, and register logics primarily in Sam's Clubs but also in several Supercenters and Neighborhood markets. The second project was the support the installation of NCR scanner scales in Wal-Mart and Sam's Clubs. The third and final project was for the upgrade of existing and the installation of new self check out systems in Wal-Mart stores.
