Supervise, schedule, and review the accounting work of several staff persons. Includes review of corporate, partnership, individual, and trust tax returns. Also includes preparation and review of additional filings such as Form 3115's and QSST/ESBT elections.Simultaneously work for several managers and senior managers. Manage workload to meet conflicting deadlines. Successfully work under pressure, maintain quality and efficiency, and respond to clients, staff persons, and managerial needs.Maintain close client relationships. Quickly respond to client questions and requests. Responsible for gathering information, scheduling staff to work on assignments, completing tax compliance requirements, conducting tax research, and billing client. Full responsibility for client from beginning to end of project.Understanding of multi-state filing requirements. Extensive work for a client participating in a Voluntary Disclosure Agreement program with several states. Extensive work for a client (S Corporation with 19 shareholders) whose filing requirements include 70 state returns. Identification of new states where client is required to start filing tax returns. Preparation of various types of trust tax returns in a High Volume Trust Tax department. Knowledge of basic estate planning, reading trust documents, and working with bank administrators.Excellent problem solving skills. Enjoys new and challenging assignments. Interacts well with clients and co-workers.

Preparation of individual, partnership, LLC, S-Corporation, C-Corporation, trust and gift tax returns. Preparation of Form 3115 Change in Accounting Methods. Preparation of tax projections and quarterly estimates. Work under pressure. Meet tax deadlines. Research tax issues. Strong computer, verbal and written communication skills.
