As the National Director of H.R.     As Regional HR Manager, lead other Regional HR Managers in the Central and Eastern Regions and supervise HR Coordinators in the Pac-West Division (700+ employees). Build a successful recognition program that allows employees to earn money for exceeding customer expectations; provide management with a cost benefit analysis in the area of recognition/employee satisfaction and employee retention; monitor department participation in incentive and recognition programs. Administer Workers Compensation claims/process. Report quarterly retention/hiring data to senior management; recommend improvement strategies as indicated. Track compliance with application handling, employee hiring, training, and employee retention guidelines.Selected Contributions: *Respond and mediate EEOC and DSLE complaints in partnership with General Counsel. *Facilitate the annual employee survey identifying areas for departmental and organizational improvement; achieved “BEST PLACES to WORK” designations in 2012, 2013 and 2015.
