As the National Director of H.R. Field Operations at NorthStar Memorial Group, I oversee the human resources functions for over 90 locations across the country, serving more than 2,000 employees in various roles and departments. I have more than 12 years of experience in the funeral industry, and I hold a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute and a California Employment Law badge through SHRM.My core competencies include employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, training and development, compliance, and benefits administration. I am passionate about creating a positive and supportive work culture that aligns with the company's mission and values. I partner with senior leadership and operations teams to provide strategic and operational HR solutions that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity. I also lead and mentor a team of regional HR managers who support the field operations in different regions.
