I match real estate investors up with real estate sellers. I work for the investor, finding the perfect property at the best wholesale price. I find the perfect buyer for the anxious sellers, and negotiate the deal so that both parties get what they want. I do the leg work.

We buy - wholesale - flip - rehab. We purchase single family homes in the New Orleans area, at whole prices, REO, Short Sales, Foreclosures. We consult with home buyers as well as investors to find the perfect property get it move in ready, and sell. We work with the credit challenged, with homeowners facing adversities looking for a way out due to loss of employment, medical conditions, divorce, or maybe just upside down in a property.

We bought properties at whole prices rehabbed them and sold them at retail prices.We installed roofing, windows, heating-cooling, plumbing, electrical, drywall. We built room additions, finished basements, painting ect.

Tape, fill, and finish sheet rock walls, patch and repair dry wall. Paint interior and exterior surface. In the commercial construction industry, as well as rehab. houses. Install windows, roofing, insulate and weatherize, supervise my crews, purchase and deliver material, ect.

Worked for ATK Ammunition ( Lake City) Plant as a packer, primer inspector, and primer Operator. I inspected ammunition to be shipped overseas to our troops, inspected primers, operated foil press, anvil press, glue machine primer press, and anvil shaker. Worked with explosives.
