Provide international technical support for in-house Voucher System where companies would deposit funds to use over the course of a year. Investigate user issues, work with IT to resolve. Liaison between sales, IT and accounting for non-standard customer voucher requests. Utilized ServiceNow ticketing system to track. Provide backup support for Salesforce Administrator.
