Designed and executed Grainger’s first vertical P&L segmentation with supporting go-to-market strategy, tools, and training as President of Grainger US from 2014–2017. As an executive and now a board member, I have successfully overseen global reorganization, operational, marketing and sales strategies, talent and leadership development as well as customer relations. Additionally, I have built and launched vertical P&L segments while driving market share growth and creating segments for manufacturing, healthcare, government (state/federal), and commercial, ensuring infrastructure to deliver. As part of the pricing change I led the renegotiation of 2300 customer contracts in 6 months and helped restructure $450M and served on executive team that regularly met with investors and analysts during the transition’s impact on stock prices.
