As a qualified Integrative Counsellor, predominantly working with a person-centred approach, I believe a strong therapeutic relationship can help bring about change. Sometimes, openly talking to friends and family can be difficult, even with those who love and care about us. I offer support in a non-judgmental, sensitive way. The process for each individual is unique. For this reason, I draw upon various modalities to walk alongside clients to help them achieve a sense of wellbeing. I am an extremely empathic person and believe in creating a safe environment, I provide support to adults, coping with bereavement, loss and grief, cancer diagnosis, general mental health disorders including low self-esteem, anxiety and depression.
