Responsible for managing commercial and manufacturing operations for facility producing wire based store fixtures for major discount retailers. Managing wind down of operations for a plant closure scheduled for 09/30/2016.• Managing 100+ hourly production associates including temporary labor.• Provided leadership in in-lining project to introduce single piece flow into facility, successfully managed through wildly volatile business cycle consolidating business from four sites to one, improving on time delivery to customers. Transitioned back office functions (Accounting, IT) to parent company.• Significant commercial interaction with major customers.

VP of Finance & IT responsible for all reporting & compliance activities for a 100MM+ division manufacturing and selling compressors & pneumatic pumps. Strong operational component to responsibilities, partnered with business unit President and senior staff to drive strategic initiatives from conception to execution.• Responsible for global financial & IT organization, driving alignment with corporate strategy emphasizing forecast accuracy, budgeting & planning, monthly closing oversight.
