Co-authored MCHIP’s guidance on integrating equity into project designs, and worked with MCHIP’s M&E team to provide guidance on integrating gender and equity into country work plans and grantee projects. With the USAID-funded MEASURE Evaluation project, co-created a M&E training curriculum for NGOs based in Burma, Cambodia, and Laos implementing community-based malaria, HIV, and TB projects. Trained facilitators from the Institute for Population and Social Research (IPSR) at Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand on the curriculum, and assisted IPSR to facilitate the training.Gender point person at ICF. Conducted an evaluation of the GAVI Alliance Gender Policy.
