    Upon the relocation of the office to Indianapolis, I worked from my home office supporting 12 business managers and 200 sales representatives. Responsibilities included weekly reports, absence reporting and disability updates. Edited all field visit reports submitted by the business managers before sending to their representative. Assisted with setting up interviews with upcoming college graduates for sales positions within the organization. Worked closely with the Fleet department regarding any company vehicle issues or reassignments. Assisted with training new Field Support Assistants in the regional office based in Chicago as needed. Training involved a week on site with a training binder supplied for reference along with mentoring as needed. Supported other regional offices due to short staffing upon request. Notable Accomplishment -- Reported directly to our Corporate HR Director based in Philadelphia to create and implement a New Hire Process Pilot which encompassed three regional offices across the Midwest. The pilot was the full cycle from the initial job offer, to running the full background and reviewing same, arranging drug screens and reporting to the respective manager when the file was cleared and the new hire set for their first day. I would then travel into Chicago to conduct new hire orientation which could include up to 60 new hires. This was a nine month project which was very successful and presented to the company in 2000. The process was incorporated after review.

Notable accomplishments -- 1) Upon hire, was assigned the project to identify three office vendors and designers for the director to interview and select for the new regional office in Beachwood. Upon the final selection, I worked closely with them throughout the entire process, including the coordination of moving from temp HQ to the new location. 2) Created a maternity packet and procedure to ensure our employees understood our process and had a timeline on when they were responsible to complete various forms. Follow-up was scheduled upon birth to ensure the employee added their baby in the appropriate time to ensure insurance coverage. 3) Created an Office Administrator reference guide which was presented to all 18 administrators across the country at a conference in 1997.
