Maintained production batch schedules for efficiency and potential problems. Updated batch schedules with new jobs, created new schedules for new clients and client upgrades. Moved and created batch schedules from Control M scheduler to Tidal scheduler and from Tidal to CA-Workload. Worked with application support on batch failures and testing of new jobs. First level of support for batch scheduler when errors occurred or the scheduler failed, worked with support when the issue could not be resolved quickly.

Monitored Production Processing Using Control M and Ca7 ensuring Batch processing ran smoothly to meet online windows. Set up and processed user requests and changes on a daily basis. Provided first level support for batch processing problems of JCL failures, space issues and overall system problems, escalated to the proper on call when required.

Supervisor of Operations, Production Control and Change Management Provide department leadership for change management, production control, operations, report distribution and tape library. Supervise 10 to 14 employees, including hiring, performance reviews and coordinate shift rotation to ensure the staff is trained on all aspects of the job in a 24/7 shop with 24 hour on call support. Ensure staff is trained on a variety of client server and mainframe tasks running under Windows NT, XP, 95/98 and OS/390. Completed monthly deliverable reports for system availability, processing schedules and software migrations. Recommend changes to streamline and improving processes, testing software enhancements and new releases. Manage customer issues and provide assistance and resolution.
