"Leave this life better than you found it" - Noah Yates. In this journey I found the wonderful world of family, children, culture, and social constructs, more specifically the behaviors within. The deck of cards I was dealt in life brought me face to face with behavior. The why questions opened the doors to Early Childhood Education. The experiences in preschools guided my thoughts into Human Development. As life journey continued, I was challenged with self-awareness. The theories of childhood and human development gave me deeper knowledge of emotional intelligence. The science of behavior intrigued my journey to go further into leadership. The empirical studies of my own walk directed my path to understand the science of behavior within the family, children, culture, and social construct. I traveled against the grain. After receiving two Masters, a Bachelor, and an Associate degree in Social Science I have finally arrived where I can fully give back, have empathy, and leave this world better than I found it. I currently assist in Family Development, Analysis and Administration as a Behavioral Scientist.
