You know the saying, “Turn your mess into your message!” That’s what I intend on doing through my Facebook group, The Healing Journey-Chronic Pain Support. I have a degree in education and twenty-nine years of experience in medical research which has served me well in researching out the best treatment methods for chronic pain management. Having a welcoming and strong support system by your side that is easily accessible to you and having the ability to access useful resources when needed is an important part of navigating your journey with pain and assisting in your recovery plan.⁣⁣Our community uses a more positive method in dealing with constant pain.
