Enterprise Research Applications Manager
CurrentManage a team consisting of 3 Business Analysts and 5 Enterprise Programmers, one help desk staff and two training staff to support a web application for medical research (animal research, human subject research, safety in research, and Funding Proposals through Grants and Contracts office). The application is based on business process management that tracks business process workflow and moves to different states throughout its lifecycle. Application interfaces with feeds to and from College Oracle financials systems and does system-to-system communication with grants.gov (submission of funding proposals). Interface with business units, MCW-IT, Oracle development, and vendor Click Commerce/Huron Consulting. Project management, application development planning and budgeting, interdepartment communication and strategic planning for improved overall business processes and efficiency.
