 Responsible for full-cycle recruiting of non-nursing personnel. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract active and passive candidates. Conduct phone and personal interviews. Complete pre-employment processes according to organizational guidelines. Work collaboratively with hiring managers to screen and evaluate applicants to ensure an appropriate match between the candidate and the hospital culture.

 Recruit, hire and terminate non-exempt personnel. Conduct disciplinary and grievance meetings. Administer and maintain performance and salary reviews. Administer employee benefits program. Responsible for filing worker’s compensation claims and completing and posting the OSHA 200 forms. Maintain personnel records, attendance and vacation schedules.  Formulated and administered new policies, employee suggestion system and other employee motivational programs.
