My primary responsibilities focus on Youth Leadership and the Illinois 4-H Recognition Program. I serve as Advisor to the Illinois State 4-H Youth Leadership Team (YLT) and their involvement in all of our statewide 4-H activites: Jr. Leadership Conference, Illini Summer Academies, State Fair, and Legislative Connection. I am also responsible for coordinating three of our national 4-H trip delegations and working with YLT on their Speaking for Illinois 4-H program. As of January 2013, I will be coordinating Illinois 4-H efforts in Youth Engagement, Youth & Adult Partnerships, and Teens as Leaders.

Coordinated Clinton Co. Illinois 4-H program, including the development, implementation, and evaluation of youth educational programs for 8-19 year olds

Coordinated St. Clair Co. Illinois 4-H home economics program, including the development, implementation, and evaluation of youth educational programs for 8-19 year olds; Assisted with development, implementation, and evaluation of home economics program for St. Clair County adults

Responsible for design and bid process for building and remodeling homes and kitchens; Sales associate for store
