Developed strong Therapeutic Recreation program and skills to chronic and persistent mentally ill and duel diagnosed adults. Along with client participation developed programs and planned recreation groups to help clients attain social skills and develop skills to participate in the community actives and knowledge of how to look for activities in the community. Taught classes on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Anger Management, Stress Management, Smoking Cessation, and Competency Restoration as well as other classes. Provided one on one therapy when necessary to problem solve issues and communicated with therapist and or Psychiatrists on concerns or progress with clients.
