Ms. Sutton serves as the Chief Operating and Compliance Officer for MBL Title. In this role she is responsible for overseeing every facet of the day to day operations of the title company including implementing strategies and leading initiatives at the direction of the Chief Growth Officer and Chief Executive Officer, as well as the company’s compliance with the stringent Texas Department of Insurance regulations.Ms. Sutton’s extensive 25-year plus industry background includes mastering everything from Commitments and Policies to Closing the most complex of Commercial Transactions while working for a national title insurance underwriter and agent. Some of her most notable achievements include launching both Dallas Commercial and Residential Operations of a large title agent, and out of the organic growth of that platform, opening the national agency.

As one of the Company’s first 13 employees, assisted with establishing Policy, Compliance, National Accounts and Dallas Commercial/Residential Divisions, including:Opening Dallas Residential Division to service several National Credit Union accounts as well as a National REO client.
