Ms. Sutton serves as the Chief Operating and Compliance Officer for MBL Title. In this role she is responsible for overseeing every facet of the day to day operations of the title company including implementing strategies and leading initiatives at the direction of the Chief Growth Officer and Chief Executive Officer, as well as the company’s compliance.

As one of the Company’s first 13 employees, assisted with establishing Policy, Compliance, National Accounts and Dallas Commercial/Residential Divisions, including:Opening Dallas Residential Division to service several National Credit Union accounts as well as a National REO client. The Division met with such success it spun off into opening a new national.

Assisted clients in acquiring and maintaining business outside of local markets Promoted and marketed value-added services nationally to internal and external customers Obtained and referred orders through national network of agents Facilitated multi-site, multi-state commercial real estate transactionsNegotiated premium rates, apportionment between agents.
