As a Workshop Developer and Trainer, I design, plan and present life skill workshops for individuals who are searching for employment or maybe just trying to advance in their current position. I present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats. I develop specific workshops to help workers maintain or improve their job skills. I am an active listener with skills of speaking to others in order to convey information effectively. I am able to assess my performances of myself, other individuals and organizations in order to make improvements and take the corrective action to be more effective and successful. I am a creative thinker in the position. I develop, design and create new applications, ideas, relationships and PowerPoint presentations. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively, be detail oriented, follow state and local guidelines, have time management and public speaking skills.I am involved in Community Outreach and volunteerism in the Southeast Missouri communities. I know the importance of helping others and supporting your local community.

I was responsible for merchandising the annual flowers at the Home Depot store. I unloaded inventory off racks and placed them according to the Plano gram for maximum sales. Maintained the life of inventory along with answering customer questions and concerns. Educated myself on flowers, plants and shrubs so I could be be more assistance to the customers and myself. I now have a love for plants and see the beauty in landscapes and lawns now.

Travel to high schools in Missouri and Illinois presenting workshops and presentations on several different subjects. Those subjects included but not limited to, Personality Analysis, Marketing Yourself, Neurolinguistics, Effective Listening, Time Management and Netiquette. Also inform the students on the differences in colleges, Community/Junior Colleges vs 4 Year Universities vs Technical/Accelerated Colleges. I also presented information on how to pay for their college education through scholarships, grants, financial aid and student loans. My schedule consisted of statewide traveling. This position required time management, organization skills and public speaking ability.

Business Development Manager

Lead Toxicology Lab TechnicianCurrently conduct direct/monitored UA collections, process specimen on Siemen lab, report results to judges, POs, counselors and/or other appropriate personnel. I am a Certified DOT collector. I am responsible for all aspects of the lab from accounting, inventory, donor check-in, hair follicle testing, customer service and supervising.

I worked as a Medical Assistant in a Chiropractic office. I started this position as part of my internship for college and the Doctor asked me to stay part time when I had completed the internship. I handled patient check-in and check-out, verified insurance coverage, pre-authorization of coverate, performed ultrasounds and general medical assistance.

Sales of insurance products. I was responsible for cold calling, telemarketing, outside sales, management, customer service, accounting, I started my business from scratch and built it to a be very profitable. When I sold it I had three part time employees on staff. I solicited businesses during day and telemarketed in evening. I handled life, health, auto, home and annuities.

Owned and Operated a tanning and fitness salon. I purchased this business with only ten customers and two tanning beds. When I sold this business, I had over six beds and 984 customers. I taught 16 hours of aerobics a week, customer service, accounting, supervising, marketing and sales. I dedicated myself to working 60 + hours a week to make sure my customers were satisfied with their tanning/fitness experience. My hours of operation was based on the 'need of the customers' and this motto made me very successful. I was part of the community and was very involved. I sold the business for triple the profit in order to move on to a better sales opportunity.
