The Program for Positive Aging is an initiative in the section of Geriatric Psychiatry. Our primary objectives include the coordination, promotion and advancement in the field of Geriatric Psyshiatry at the University of Michigan. With Research being the core business focus, working with grant submissions, organization of financial records and forecasting systems play a major role in this position.

Using a commonsense approach to product deliverables, cycle times were reduced by implementing lean manufacturing on the plant floor A 98.7% attendance record was maintained on the production floor by implementing a flex time program for all hourly employees. Introduced hourly employees to product development teams to ensure manufacturability was met on all new products.
