Hired on a 1yr temporary contract to transition the business from regional offices to a large central hub.The responsibilities were:-- To review all policies and procedures then not only adapt or create them to be fit for the market; but also embed them within the business- To recruit almost a fully new team; create a new induction programme fit for the market and develop existing staff through in depth coaching- To improve candidate satisfaction through improved customer service - To increase the market share within own and external contracts- To be the Social Work lead on an internal MSP contract; successfully increasing the market share from 6% to 26% in 10mths - To develop new candidate retention, candidate attraction and client strategies which supported future revenue growth- To create thought leadership workshops with clients; applying a more consultative approach to market challenges- To identify improvements and efficiencies in the end to end process - To identify new revenue streams for the business in 2019Successes and results were seen in each of the above areas.

Responsible for starting and developing the new Allied Health Division in Liquid Personnel, in addition to being responsible for the Perm Healthcare Division supplying nurses. I was then offered a promotion within the ICS group to Director of Emerging Brands, responsible for the development of new brands in niche markets across his three ICS companies. This included the development of the new learning disability service.

North Region

I started working at Randstad Care in 2003 as a Recruitment Consultant until I was promoted to Branch Manager of the Newcastle office after 1yr.In 2006 I was promoted from Branch Manager to District Manager; then continued to have several promotions including Operations Manager and Associate Director. I had full P&L responsibility for branches in Scotland, Ireland, Yorkshire, North West and the North East. The branches supplied specialisms of Qualified Social Work, Nursing, Allied Health Professionals and Unqualified Support workers both temp and perm.In 2014 I was asked by the UK CEO to head up a niche recruitment project on behalf on all the Randstad UK companies.
