I am the owner of Flourish Real Estate and Property Management in Beavercreek (Dayton suburb) Ohio. I have been a Realtor since 1986 and began offering property management as a service to my clients in 1999. "Woman owned, Women operated" is our tag line since I feel that women are born to manage property! We manage everything else in life! In our "past lives" we been bankers, teachers, moms, nurses, but always careers that have high accountability and need for authenticity. Currently I also personally function as a mediator and as an ombudsman for the Dayton Area Board of Realtors to work with agents to resolve disputes before they get to litigation.
