Leading the jewellery buying team of 12 in the development and expansion of QVC's brand strategy to achieve sales budgets, building strong relationships and partnerships with suppliers. The role has a strong project focus, actioning projects within merchandising and the wider UK business to help improve current ways of working as well as with new business opportunities.

- Source, select and secure a suitable range of products to meet and surpass sales targets - Work with planning, broadcasting, marketing, web and alt channels teams to plan and grow the jewellery business- Partner with suppliers to build supplier strategies and brand development and seek out new partners to grow the business.- Work closely with Designers and celebrities to develop jewellery ranges to become strong brands for the business- Develop and lead a strong motivated team - Work alongside Planning and Category Merchandising to plan and manage jewellery airtime to budget and continually reassess to ensure we are to plan and make any changes necessary to maximise sales.

Provide consultancy services to businesses to include- Business and brand analysis- Brand development - Market Research- Product Development for major customers - Aquire new accounts- Account management - Management of consignment business to include range planning, maximising sales through replenishment, store visits, dealing with customers etc-New business set up for overseas companies to include all legal, financial issues and oversee day to day running
