• Lead a team of enrollment counselors by building and delivering training activities and educating them on program information and the goals of the department• Plan, schedule, and execute virtual and in-person events to educate prospective and current students on academic services and University programs• Handle a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls from/to a constantly growing pool of prospective students• Advise prospective and current students about Drexel university, its academic programs, admissions requirements, policies, payment options and procedures • Prepare unofficial transfer credit evaluations for prospective students• Work collaboratively with Drexel University program directors and academic advisors to increase program knowledge and assist with supporting student’s needs

• Group and Premium Sales for concerts, family shows and other events at Wells Fargo Center• Manage payments and ticket distribution for group clients• Collaborate with event staff to ensure positive client experience

• Responsible for Group Sales, Season Ticket Sales, and Suites for St. Louis Blues Hockey and all events at Scottrade Center • Coordinated hospitality needs and special events for premium and season ticket holders• Worked effectively with event promoters, marketing department, and event staff to set up pre-show events for customers and resolve any issues or requests throughout event

• Responsible for generating hospitality and group sales for NASCAR Events• Executed terms of contract and confirmed payments were current• Serviced all corporate hospitality clients on Race Day and coordinated all of their requests with event staff
