Moreover, I play a crucial role in supporting the Senior FM Manager by contributing to the development and review of FM and Energy strategies, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting risk assessments, and working towards departmental objectives. Additionally, I am responsible for monitoring team performance, facilitating the onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees, and fostering a positive team environment that aligns with the organisational goals and health and safety standards.Responsibilities· Manage the FMO team by providing appraisals, their objectives, evaluating their work performance, to ensure personal training needs and development needs are met.· Support the Senior FM Mngr with the development of quality standards of service delivery and to monitor and assess the work carried out by the team.· Manage and prioritise the work activity of the team focusing on delivering a safe and secure building maintained to reflect the FM strategy.· Manage the areas of the new starter and leaver processes..· Work closely with the FM Delivery manager to maximise all revenue opportunities relating to exhibition services.· Monitor budgets to ensure value for money for the delivery of the FM planned and to deliver service improvements whilst reducing operating costs.· PPM checks including legal requirements, legionnaire, emergency lights, fire extinguishers monthly checks and basic service.· Proactive role in maintaining compliance within the legal framework of current Health and Safety regulations.

To ensure policies, procedures and other guidance issued by ACC Liverpool are adhered to at all times. Proactive approach in ensuring that all support providers and third parties adhere to the Health and Safety guidelines specified by ACC Liverpool. Maintain the building in a cost effective manner. Treat all plant and equipment with care to prolong its useful life and to return equipment to the workshop when not in use to ensure its availability to other colleagues. Supervision of other members of staff who may assist you in your duties from time to time. Monitor the work carried out by service partners and other third parties and reporting back to the Facility Manager as appropriate. Dealing with contractor, ensuring the RAMS and insurance are suitable for the job which is being carried out. Liaise with the Facility Manager ensuring that good lines of communication are maintained and that all relevant documentation is maintained accurately and in a timely manner.  Assist in the development and completion of risk assessments, work permits and procedures for all facility maintenance activities PPM checks including legal requirements, legionnaire, emergency lights, fire extinguishers monthly checks and basic service.
