Provide consulting services related to all Business Functions including: Management, Budget, Interim Reports, Business Department supervision, Year-End Financial activities, Facilities (New & Modernization), Negotiations and Risk Management.My background is extensive for both County Office and School Districts, including significant fiscal oversight responsibilities (AB1200) and Charter School monitoring. In addition to typical fiscal duties my background also includes many years of special education finance. Additionally, all previous work experience included Facilities Construction from Bond Election, Professional Consultant selections (Architect-Contractor-Bond Counsel-etc), State Bond Funding and reporting, all Construction Budget & Monitoring responsibilities.

Coordinate all business activities related to artist growth and management.

Manage all financial aspects for the District, which include Budget Development, Quarterly Financial Reports, Forecasting: revenue, expenditures, cashflow. Oversee facilities construction accounting, food services, annual audit process, annual year-end financial reporting, special education fiscal accounting, negotiations, Federal & State programs accounting, day to day operations which include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and attendance accounting. Work intimately with Information Technology staff to create solutions that move delivery of education forward into the future.Under direction of the Superintendent and School Board, create progressive, effective, and meaningful education resources for the students of South Lake Tahoe! The District currently provides one to one netbook access for all students grade 3-12 and is a leader statewide deploying technology tools and on-line resources for all students. The District recently completed a state of the art Theater Arts, Media Design and Music facility that models Pixar technology. In addition work is being completed on a world class high school Sports Medicine facility that will enjoy partnerships with local medical professionals.

Oversee all internal and external functions of business department including payroll, accounts payable, account receivable. Managed District Services division, including budget development for nine districts, federal and state program reporting and compliance, regular financial report preparations, year-end closing activities, and coordinate with auditors for preparation of annual report. Other duties included Charter School activities, development of new policies, internal control monitoring and system development.
