Integrity demonstrates a commitment to do the right thing no matter what. Many times, I’ve seen integrity serve as the difference between success and failure. RESPECT. Vital to success is understanding that every team member has inherent value and that each person’s role within the organization matters. As such, through word and action, I strive daily to regard everyone and esteem the contributions they have to offer. COLLABORATION. Collaboration dawns through mutual respect and a desire to pursue a common goal. Without collaboration there is no lasting success. To quote Helen Keller, “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”COMMUNICATION. I believe for a team to function effectively there must be open channels of communication. This includes active and judgment-free listening, clarity of message, and a willingness to truly understand. EXPERIENCE. In my career I’ve led the development and distribution of thousands of hours of gold-star audio and video content. I’ve also launched and led a company from inception through corporate sale. These accomplishments bring a depth of experience in content development, intellectual properties, organizational growth, and leadership. I’m known for tactically and strategically producing results that drive the bottom line, while being a creative problem solver providing “best of” solutions. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience for profitable business growth, while remaining teachable and continuing my personal development.
