This includes the following leadership development and engagement initiatives: NextGen, Atid, One Happy Camper, PJ Library, Holocaust Speaker’s Bureau, Shaliach, IsraelNOW, and Women’s Philanthropy.-Launched the Harold Grinspoon Life & Legacy program for the Jewish community that resulted in planned gifts with more than $40 million in expected gifts.-Launched YoPHI, a teen youth philanthropy program in partnership with Jewish Teen Funders Network (now called Honeycomb).-Added over 1,000 community members to JFGI's database as a result of this increased engagement.-Manage the relationship between JFGI and 20+ Jewish communal organizations, Synagogues, and liaison to Indianapolis civic community.

-Oversaw and managed all operations of the Jewish Community Federation and its 27-acre campus. -Responsible for all Financial Resource Development including Annual Campaign and Endowment Fund. Increased Jewish Federation Endowment Fund from $3.4M to $6.4M. -Managed a growing, integrated Jewish Federation including Jewish Family Services, Day Camp, Financial Resource Development, Partnership with Israel, Shaliach, Youth & Adult Programming, & Jewish Community Relations.-Supervised Jewish Family Services director with direct service for clients, a Kosher Food Pantry, Seniors’ services, Emergency Loan & Assistance Program. Supervised the Jewish Cemetery Association and the Michiana Jewish Historical Society.-Increased the annual campaign, expanded donor base, conducted one-on-one solicitations, increased the number of Endowed Annual Campaign Funds, and established processes for planning, allocations, and budgeting.-Created and implemented Michiana Jewish Film Festival in partnership with the University of Notre Dame.-Created and implemented successful community missions to Israel and other international Jewish destinations for teens and adults including Israel, Ethiopia, Hungary, & Cuba.-Increased the youth and young adult leadership presence through a large catalog of programming for the community including arts & cultural; adult education; senior lunches; teen programing; day camp; Holocaust education and commemoration all to boost Federation retention and inspire youth & adults with Jewish values of repairing the world, leadership development, community engagement and Tzedakah.

-Managed, programmed, and created a quarterly catalog of teen, young adult, and adult Jewish education offerings.-Planned, scheduled, and budgeted for the annual Elie Wiesel Lecture DSI/CFJE Annual Gala Event.-Managed event committee, honoree, and entertainment, designed and implemented marketing, oversaw budget, fundraising, and solicitation of donors reaching a goal each year of at least $200,000.-Inaugural Director for Miriam’s Path, a department for women’s & girls’ educational and leadership development including oversight of the Chicago-wide Rosh Hodesh: It's a Girls Thing; a pilot program of Moving Traditions.
