I have worked 95 percent of my career describing how to use various software programs in clear and simple language so that end users can complete their job. My subject matter has covered a broad spectrum from main frame development software, online shopping sites, inventory tracking systems, application development systems, human resource and payroll systems, property owner management systems, and many others. It has been a career that has covered many industries but it has always been about writing to give the end use what they need to do their job. Along the way, I've used many tools to do my work: RoboHelp, Framemaker, Acrobat, XiaSoft, Oxygen, Microsoft Word, Jive, WalkMe, Lucidchart, and others.
