I have significant General Counsel and Executive experience at a number of NZ companies, including Telecom (now Spark and Chorus), ANZ New Zealand, BP NZ, and Z Energy. My private law experience was at Chapman Tripp and Phillips Fox.I am currently an independent Director at Enable Networks in Christchurch, a provider of ultra fast broadband, which has been an important input into Christchurch's rebuild and recovery and a Director at Unity Credit Union. I am also working as a lawyer at Juno Legal, currently using my financial sector experience to work at Sharesies, a wealth development platform that transformed the investment sector with a vision to give someone with $5 and someone with $5 million the same investment opportunities.Specialties include ESG, particularly climate change law, greenwashing, and regulation, competition and regulation, M&A, litigation, corporate governance and external reporting, corporate leadership. I am passionate about Aotearoa and our place in the world and about law enabling commercial success on ethical terms.
