Mechanical Designer created design documents for several different kinds of facilities.

3D Mechanical Modeler/Designer responsible for design and modeling of all overhead utilities, mist and dust collection systems, coolant piping and HVAC systems for "brownfield" and new construction projects in automotive and hospitality applications. On site field coordination with complete 3D model aiding in consturction coordination, assuring 100% collision free of all systems, even before installation.

Mechanical Designer, contributing to CAD design and technical drawings, from schematic design through construction documents, for complete renovation and expansion of educational facilities from elementary to high school. Design of Classroom Unit Ventilators, HVAC, piping and plumbing. Field coordination with contractors resolving RFI's. Tracking and reviewing submittals of several community programs simultaneously. Developed, lead, presented and implemented "Mentor" program for use by entire company. Pioneered "New Hire Checklist" for use by all new employees. Participated in Mechancial Standards focus group to refine, combine and catalog standards.

Responsible for drafting, detailing and annotation of 2D drawings for mechanical department. Aided in movement from manual drawing into computer drawings. Created 2D standards for Microstation cell and symbol libraries. Surveyed and compiled assisnment at Selfridge Air National Guard Base in Michigan. Prepared complete piping and section drawings for major chiller expansions.

Responsible for manually developing plans and sections of ductwork and piping drawings to scale for hospital applications. All drawings were double line sheet metal with coil locations and duct lengths dimensioned and placed accurately.

Advanced to Customer Service Representative from Draftsman. Traveled around the United Stated meeting with clients to determine specific needs for Ink pumping and piping systems. Developed and drew up plans for ink pumping systems, determined tank sizes and how and where to place equipment. Developed drawings manually and moved company toward computer drawings.
