Responsible for the strategic direction, development, delivery and operations of the Intelligent Automation function, providing solutions for all Cox divisions (CEI, CAI, CCI). Direct the planning and coordination of the overall team, processes, architecture, and tools/technology. Sr. Manager for Cox Enterprises Intelligent Automation (IA) Program overseeing our Build and Support teams in our Center of Excellence. Technologies include Robotoic Process Automation (RPA), Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA), chatbots, virtual assistants and other technologies in the IA space. The CoE established and maintains an organizational structure, governance, standard templates and processes to support cross-divisional identification, prioritization, building and supporting all types of IA tools, including Blue Prism and UiPath attended and unattended bots (or virtual helpers), plus a chatbot. We have over 100 bots in production performing a variety of business functions including HR, Finance, Supply Chain and more. We piloted and have rolled out an "Employee Concierge" chatbot to all of Cox Enterprise employees with Microsoft Azure utilizing the LUIS natural language processing model.
