Masters, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, completed September, 2022 from Grand Canyon University. My goal is to provide a safe environment for clients to share their concerns and develop resources to live their best life. Therapy modalities that I utilize with clients include Mindfulness Based Practices, CBT, DBT, EMDR resourcing, Trauma sensorimotor psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, a bit of Gestalt and GOTTMAN Couples therapy.During field experience I have worked with the following populations ages 13 and up with Anxiety/Panic, Depression, Trauma, Dissociation, Abuse – Emotional/Sexual, Attachment Wounds, Grief, Loss, & Change, Marital Conflict, ADHD, Personal Growth, Stress/Anger Management, Personality Disorders and Communication Skills.
