Directly responsible for the welfare of children that have been removed from the home due to neglect and/or abuse. I am responsible to make sure they receive and get all of the services required, needed, and are responsible to assure they are maintained throughout the life of the case within the Court system. This is a Court appointed special advocate for children.

Directly supported four attorneys in all aspects of civil litigation, personal injury, workers' compensation and subrogation cases. I prepared, researched and wrote substantive motions, objections and other required documents on cases as assigned with the various attorneys. Met with clients to explain the legal process and continued support during the entirety of the suit as well as assisted with and prepared answers to Interrogatories. Maintained constant communication with the claims adjusters, opposing attorneys and other parties involved throughout the entirety of the case. Worked directly with the Business Sales team preparing proposals for new customers and renewal business. Was the main contact for Commercial Customers for any problems, issues and/or concerns. Contacted customers for renewal information and prepared information for underwriting purposes.
