Provide strategic vision and managerial oversight for all facets of LAWS -- Loudoun County's designated nonprofit service provider for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, teen dating violence, stalking, and child abuse. LAWS helps empower more than 1,100 child, youth, and adult survivors annually through direct services (survivor hotline and shelter, child advocacy center, and therapeutic, advocacy, and legal services) and works to stop violence before it starts through prevention education and outreach.

Contributed to the organization’s strategic goal development, overall management, and workplace culture. Oversaw impact strategy and programmatic assessment efforts. Served as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, partnering closely to chart the agency’s future growth, strategic response to community needs, and evolving industry and market trends.

Recruited to develop and oversee a new Office of Children's Rights (OCR) focused on education, disability, and immigration legal supports for CYFD-involved young people, implementing a new youth grievance policy, and youth-led system improvements. Developed OCR's preliminary goals, objectives, and outcome measures. Built key partner relationships. Co-led two pilot initiatives. Simultaneously managed seven active position recruitments -- all for newly created OCR positions.

Led state Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) organization's capacity-building to develop quality assurance, training, and technical assistance for local CASA programs, so that every abused and neglected child statewide could have a high quality CASA volunteer advocating for their needs and best interests. Oversaw statewide initiative to infuse diversity, equity, and inclusion into Oregon CASA programs' values and services. Planned and developed cloud-based knowledge-sharing platform for local CASA program team members to share information and resources. Built local grantor confidence in OCN, diversified revenue streams, and increased revenue by 21-28% annually.
