Served the Practice Director of ETSU CON Faculty Practice Network to lead key upgrades to business operations during rapid growth. The Business Director also served as the CFO for the FQHC organization within the Faculty Practice Network.• Co-authored New Access Point FQHC application for Downtown Clinic; funded December, 2004. Cluster Grant infused the clinic with much-needed operating revenues and enhanced reimbursements. Also included the following 330e funding areas: Community Health Centers Homeless Health Centers Migrant Health Centers School Based Health Centers (Primary 330 grant)• Authored and received a Susan G. Komen grant supporting annual breast screenings for uninsured women who did not qualify for the Tennessee Breast and Cervical Cancer Program.• Represented ETSU on Community Health Network Board of Directors. Led to participation on the original USDA grant which resulted in new telehealth equipment and T1 connectivity for ETSU’s Mountain City rural health clinic and for ETSU’s School Based Health Center in Sneedville.
