  Redeeming Our Communities (ROC) is a national charity based at The FUSE in Trafford. We are transforming Britain from the grass roots up.We get people of goodwill to work together for a safer kinder community.We start with a ROC Conversation, a structured community engagement event that draws together active local people and agencies to share and celebrate the good stuff already happening and come up with new ways of doing more.These events always attract new volunteers and the pooling of energies and resources leads to more effective and sustainable outcomes. An Action Group is formed that immediately launches new projects to help young people feel confident and achieve more, struggling families fight their way out of desperation, older people become more active and neighbourhood disputes get sorted.
