As Founder of the firm and head of Guzov, LLC's Litigation Department, Debra Guzov brings 20+ years of experience to the firm’s international and domestic commercial litigation practice in State and Federal Courts. Debra and her team of litigators have both trial and appellate experience in areas such as commercial contracts, intellectual property, securities fraud, unfair trade practices, employment disputes, defamation and real estate. Debra has a niche specialty in condominium and cooperative representation which includes construction litigation, disputes between condo/co-op boards and sponsors, election cases, directors’ and officers’ liability cases and disputes with the Department of Buildings. She also serves as General Counsel to many New York Cooperative and Condominium buildings. Debra is an active member of multiple professional women’s organizations such as the Women Presidents’ Organization, the Women’s Leadership Exchange and the UJA Women’s Executive Circle. She is on the National Advisory Board of Enterprising Women Magazine.
