As a Test Center Administrator at IDP Education Ltd, I oversee the delivery of IELTS exams, to ensure the highest quality of customer service, security, and administration. I manage the transportation, storage, and handling of confidential materials and resources, and supervise the venue staff and invigilators. I also foster and maintain excellent working relationships with IDP's partners and stakeholders, such as schools, colleges, and universities.I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Foods, Nutrition, and Dietetics from Kenyatta University, and I have also acquired multiple certifications in counseling and psychology, programming using Python, data analysis, financial literacy, and virtual correspondence, which reflect my interest and ability to learn new skills and domains.
