Performed all aspects of HR Operations: coordinated and partnered with management to create HR policies and procedures; recruited employees, performing all interviews; performed new hire orientation; created group benefits databases; developed orientation, training and incentive programs; managed personnel records; managed employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, 401k, COBRA and Worker’s Compensation; conducted annual review of benefits; performed background checks and CORI checks; handled HR workplace issues; performed at exit interviews; worked hand in hand with Education Director of In-House Apprenticeship Program; managed the State of MA Registered Apprentice program.
