Developed and maintained an MPS for 2,500 plus molded PVC, DWV, CTS and CPVC injection molded fittings, using 70 plus machines for a very competitive market in Plumbing, Industrial, Pool / Spa and Retail Markets. Compared and anticipated demand with gross capacity on a weekly and monthly basis using a forecast. Coordinated with the Supervisors any unexpected orders. Implemented solutions along with a production schedule, or selectively outsource, when appropriate, minimize changeovers and machine setups by scheduling orders with the same configurations to run consecutively, while also ensuring that orders are still scheduled to finish on time after identifying capacity obstacles, evaluating alternatives. Coordinated with tooling setup and supervisors to ensure the production plans were executed. Watched daily development of overall production, standards, and efficiencies, ensuring enough material was on hand, to fulfill the usage of the 4 different types of material using weights, standards, and run time. Ensured enough cartons / packaging required would be on hand as needed. Controlled production orders and changes daily.
