Although first two attempt in the year of 2014 & 2015 was abandoned, but In May 2016, he reached the summit of Mount Everest . Among Debraj Dutta’s other notable accomplishments are his 21 summits of Tirsuli West, Jongsong, Saser Kangri-IV, Mamostong Kangri, Nun, Plateau and soo on. In 1999, Debraj Dutta, who attended Basic Mountaineering Course at Nehru Institute of Mountaineering and also continued mountaineering education through Advance Mountaineering Course (2006) , Mountain Leader, Assessor, Mentor and First Responder courses. Few years ago he decided to form a high-altitude guiding, trekking , hiking and adventure activity company "Windrider Adventures". Currently, he is the Member of "UIAA Mountaineering Commission", Member of Indian Mountaineering Foundation, member of the IMF Think Tank/Strategic Planning Committee, Chairman of IMF Equipment Committee, Secretary of IMF East Zone Committee, Life Member of The Himalayan Club and Proprietor of Windrider Adventures.
