- Heavy emphasis in civil litigation including motion drafting, discovery propounding, and demand letters

- Draft estate plan documents and legal correspondence- Communicate with clients and professionals

- Draft legal correspondence including demand letters, estate plans, case briefs, and letters of representation- Communicate with court personnel, clients, and adjusters via email and phone- Manage client intake- Administrative tasks as assigned

- Aid in ongoing criminal investigations by conducting intensive people and social media searches- Examine and collect evidence pertinent to the case, including cell phone records, photographs, surveillance video, and personal property- Process and serve subpoenas, both in-person and through fax- Conduct time-sensitive interviews involving witnesses, defendants, and victims, in office, in prison, and at the homes of parties involved- Draft various legal documentation

- Assist with on-camera talent preparation
