Provide high-level administrative and technical program assistance to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Procurement and Contract Services (CPCS) Director/Procurement Official, the CPCS team, the HQ Business Office, the Business Technology team, and the Office of Financial Management and Budget unit. This position serves as the liaison for personnel issues, FMLA, new hire onboarding and separations, Information Technology, timekeeping, budget, and program compliance, records management, and manages the CPCS office. Assists with program objectives, helps resolve problems, answers questions, organizes and manages all office procedures and activities to ensure customer service for visitors and callers.Processes all CDOT Statutory Violations from the beginning of the process through ratification from the Office of the State Controller. Produces correspondence, reports, technical documents, forms, organization charts, spreadsheets, presentations, databases. Creates payment vouchers, for CPCS, HQ Business Office, the CFO, OFMB, and Business Technology services teams. Monitors and logs all Sole Source and Single Bid processes.Is proficient in all Microsoft products, Adobe, SAP, Visio and Gmail Suite products.
